Iqbal Library (officially Allama Iqbal Urdu Cyber Library) is the first giant project to fulfill cyber space with great Urdu works. It started as a mission to upload 500 books in 2002. Inaugurated by president of Pakistan, Allama Iqbal Urdu Cyber Library team achieved its target in 2007. This Urdu cyber library is now a great resource for all Urdu lovers.
Iqbal Urdu Cyber Library, a project of Iqbal Academy, Pakistan, is one of the first digital libraries of Urdu books. It has books on Iqbal studies (Iqbaliyat), Urdu literature, Urdu Poetry, Urdu Shairy, Urdu Afsaney, Urdu Ghazals and Other Urdu Classics. This library currently contains thousands of Free Urdu books along with lots of other reference material.
